Meet Michael Reilly

Sean, a Pittsburgh native, joined BNB Construction in 2024. With a majority of his experience within private equity multifamily real estate and construction, Sean brings a wealth of experience and knowledge on how to lead and manage investment grade construction projects where owners’ expectations and outcomes on the performance of the investment is brought to life in the construction process. Sean’s passion for construction, the trade partners that swing the hammers, and the process of building something great time and time again, is why Sean found the perfect match within BNB Construction. 

Jason is a seasoned Construction Manager out of Arizona. He has a lengthy work history in many facets of Residential Construction from handyman work to full home remodels. For the last 6 years, he has been in the STR Construction industry working to Design, Build, and Manage STR that outperforms their peers in the market. He enjoys developing and building relationships with clients and skilled tradesmen resulting in seamless project coordination and timely completion. In his personal time he enjoys the AZ sun playing pickleball, taking bucket list fishing trips and outdoorsman activities with his dog Zeek (who likes to sneak into video calls to say hi). 

With a strong background in communication, I have the opportunity to work with BNB Construction to help develop new markets and expand our contractor networks, driving growth and opportunity across the country. I also help to assist homeowners in meeting their unique construction needs by delivering pre-construction estimates, visual renderings, and communicating timelines with all parties involved. I work closely with our internal teams to deliver a seamless transition for your construction project to be successful both in budget and timeline!

TJ is an experienced construction manager with a strong background in electrical work and facility maintenance. With hands-on expertise in both residential and commercial projects, he brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to every job. A team player at heart, TJ thrives in collaborative environments and believes in the power of teamwork. His commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction drives his success in managing projects from concept to completion. Outside of work, TJ is passionate about sports and fitness. A lifelong Hawkeye fan, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife and two dogs. Originally from Iowa, TJ brings Midwestern values of hard work and integrity to everything he does.

Kelli, joined BnB Construction at the beginning of company creation within the accounting team and has a strong accounting background of 30 plus years; within construction, accounting tax firm, hospitality, property management, real estate and entrepreneur of owning and managing five companies over the years.  She also offers strong communication, attention to detail, management and balancing many duties while keeping a personal touch to everything she does.  On a personal side - “I currently reside in Salt Lake City, Utah and enjoy spending time with my family, as well as have an open heart for all dogs. In my free time, I volunteer at my youngest child’s school and volunteer time to help with local animal shelters (walking dogs and fostering young puppies that require additional help at having a happy healthy furever life)”.
